Before joining our programs, you must first accept our policies as stated below. Please review these policies and check "I accept" to each of the policy sections.

Waiver of Liability (required to take classes)

As legal guardian of my designated student(s), I hereby grant my permission for all students to attend all International Dance Academy’s programs and activities. I recognize and acknowledge the nature of the activities my student(s) will be participating in and I certify that she/he is in the proper physical condition and capable of participating in the related activities, understanding that International Dance Academy is not in any way responsible for making such a determination. I hereby covenant not to sue and forever release International Dance Academy, affiliated and partner companies and organizations, property owners and lessors, employees, staff, contractors, subcontractors, teachers, coaches, owners, directors and other members involved in the program(s), from all liability and for any and all damages, losses and injuries including death, suffered by me or my student(s) that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program, during instruction, supervision, and/or control during any and all classes or extra activities.

Photograph release:

I hereby consent to the participation in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies or video tapes of the athlete named above by International Dance Academy. I also grant International Dance Academy the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for nonprofit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media. I also hereby release International Dance Academy and its employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.
